Job Description

Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join their team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a small family-run operator in the specialist care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and networking.
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and decision-makers.
  • Provide solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
