Business Development Director Opportunity

Novo Executive Search & Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our client, an international B2B creative and brand management company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the exciting challenge of helping to set and deliver a compelling strategic growth plan for the business, and will subsequently play a key role in helping to facilitate succession and prepare for exit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new commercial opportunities for the business, particularly across existing and new target sectors internationally.
  • Help set and deliver the company's overall strategic growth plans and ensure that all business units and departments are working in harmony and in accordance with these strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement a successful international commercial strategy.
  • Develop and implement successful strategic business, sales, and marketing plans.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A track record of creating and implementing successful strategic business, sales, and marketing plans.
  • First-class sales and marketing leadership skills.
  • Strong experience of fully harnessing advanced social media channels and the latest digital marketing techniques to increase brand awareness amongst target clients internationally.
