Sales Lead for Customer Loyalty and Retention

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage inactive business partner base to maintain revenues and grow customer product set.
- Communicate with and update BP and Business Development Managers on accounts to improve customer service and retention.
- Manage active and non-active partner lists, providing feedback to BP managers.
- Perform inbound and outbound call activity to establish suitable resolutions for customers and the business.
- Identify opportunities to maximise growth and revenue through cross-selling and referring to specialist sales teams.
- Work in synergy with other departments to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the service industry.
- Sound questioning and listening skills to pinpoint issues and gain resolution.
- Can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Excellent, assertive, and controlled telephone manner.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and gain trust from team members.
- Expertise in creatively retaining customers and implementing innovative solutions.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities to monitor and optimise team performance.
