Job Title: Customer Loyalty Sales Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact and manage the inactive business partner base to maintain revenues and grow the customers' product set.
- Communicate with and update BP and Business Development Managers on accounts to improve our ability to service and retain customers.
- Be responsible for managing active and non-active partner lists, feeding back to BP managers with observations.
- Perform inbound and outbound call activity to establish a suitable resolution for both the customer and the business/Partner in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to maximise growth and revenue through cross-selling opportunities, referring where appropriate, to specialist sales teams.
- Increase customer loyalty and reduce churn working in synergy with other departments.
Requirements:
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment within the service industry.
- Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
- Can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Excellent, assertive, and controlled telephone manner.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and gain trust from team members to their full potential.
- Demonstrated expertise in creatively retaining customers and implementing innovative solutions.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities to monitor and optimise team performance.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to articulate sales performances and interact with stakeholders.
