Job Title: Customer Loyalty Sales Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Daisy Communications Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively contact and manage the inactive business partner base to maintain revenues and grow the customers' product set.
  2. Communicate with and update BP and Business Development Managers on accounts to improve our ability to service and retain customers.
  3. Be responsible for managing active and non-active partner lists, feeding back to BP managers with observations.
  4. Perform inbound and outbound call activity to establish a suitable resolution for both the customer and the business/Partner in a timely manner.
  5. Identify opportunities to maximise growth and revenue through cross-selling opportunities, referring where appropriate, to specialist sales teams.
  6. Increase customer loyalty and reduce churn working in synergy with other departments.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment within the service industry.
  2. Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
  3. Can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
  4. Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  5. Excellent, assertive, and controlled telephone manner.
  6. Proven experience in achieving sales targets in telecommunications or a related industry.
  7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and gain trust from team members to their full potential.
  8. Demonstrated expertise in creatively retaining customers and implementing innovative solutions.
  9. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities to monitor and optimise team performance.
  10. Exceptional presentation and communication skills to articulate sales performances and interact with stakeholders.
