Sales Lead for Partners

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our Partner Business Sales function at Daisy Communications Limited. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets in the telecommunications industry and will be responsible for managing our customer relationships, maintaining revenue, and growing our product set.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of the end-to-end process of customer cancellations, managing inactive business partner bases, and proactively contacting customers to maintain revenue and grow their product set.
- Communicate with and update BP and Business Development Managers on accounts to improve our ability to service and retain customers.
- Be responsible for managing active and non-active partner lists, feeding back to BP managers with observations.
- Perform inbound and outbound call activity to establish suitable resolutions for both the customer and the business/Partner in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to maximise growth and revenue through cross-selling opportunities, referring where appropriate, to specialist sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets in the telecommunications industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the service industry.
- Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
