As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions for new customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Making initial contact with new customers to discuss their requirements.
  • Configuring and setting up new customer accounts accurately.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or account management would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum.
