Job Title: Customer Loyalty Sales Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Loyalty Sales Lead to join our Partner Business Sales function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the end-to-end process of customer cancellations, proactively managing inactive business partners, and communicating with Business Development Managers to improve our ability to service and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact and manage the inactive business partner base to maintain revenues and grow the customers' product set.
- Communicate with and update Business Development Managers on accounts to improve our ability to service and retain customers.
- Manage active and non-active partner lists, feeding back to Business Development Managers with observations.
- Perform inbound and outbound call activity to establish suitable resolutions for both the customer and the business/Partner in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to maximise growth and revenue through cross-selling opportunities, referring where appropriate to specialist sales teams.
- Increase customer loyalty and reduce churn by working in synergy with other departments.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate an ability to work within a fast-paced environment within the service industry.
- Sound questioning and listening skills, being able to pinpoint the exact issue in order to gain resolution.
- Can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Possess excellent, assertive, and controlled telephone manner.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and gain trust from team members to their full potential.
- Demonstrated expertise in creatively retaining customers and implementing innovative solutions.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities to monitor and optimise team performance.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills to articulate sales performances and interact with stakeholders.
