Job Title: Partner Business Loyalty Sales Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our Partner Business Sales team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of customer cancellations, maintaining revenue, and growing customer product sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact and manage inactive business partner base to maintain revenues and grow customer product sets.
  • Communicate with and update BP and Business Development Managers on accounts to improve our ability to service and retain customers.
  • Manage active and non-active partner lists, feeding back to BP managers with observations.
  • Perform inbound and outbound call activity to establish suitable resolutions for customers and the business.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise growth and revenue through cross-selling opportunities and referring to specialist sales teams.
  • Increase customer loyalty and reduce churn by working in synergy with other departments.

  • Demonstrate an ability to work within a fast-paced environment within the service industry.
  • Sound questioning and listening skills to pinpoint exact issues and gain resolution.
  • Can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Possess excellent, assertive, and controlled telephone manner.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and gain trust from team members.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creatively retaining customers and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities to monitor and optimise team performance.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills to articulate sales performances and interact with stakeholders.
