Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Optimise Talent Ltd. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for approaching businesses from warm leads and qualifying their eligibility for our services. Your role will involve presenting and explaining our services to potential clients, emphasizing key features and benefits, and building and maintaining relationships with clients until contracts are signed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to warm sales leads and engaging in effective sales conversations
  • Presenting and explaining our services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, maintaining contact until contracts are signed
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional approach and a strong communicator
  • Plenty of drive and a naturally infectious personality
  • Previous phone-based sales experience (ideal, but not essential)
