About the Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Intervention Specialist to join our team at Overstone Park School in Northampton.

In this full-time role, you will work with students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning, developing strategies to promote positive behavior and improve academic achievement.

You will be responsible for working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, using your skills as a facilitator, listener, and motivator to help them achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting, and hold a relevant qualification such as Level 2 or 3 in childcare or Health and Social Care.

A competitive salary of £22,000-£23,000 per annum is offered for this role, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to make a positive impact in education.
