Northampton, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom United Learning Full time

At Northampton Academy, we are dedicated to creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and development for both our students and staff.

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Behaviour Support Specialist to join our exceptional Pastoral team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of the day-to-day function of the Internal Reflection Room, working closely with the Internal Reflection Supervisor to ensure the highest delivery of service.

This role involves creating and delivering specific interventions to small groups of students in the Re-Focus Centre, utilising their skills and experience to develop effective strategies for supporting students who require additional guidance.
