Collaboration with teachers, parents, and other relevant stakeholders is essential to develop and implement behavioural support plans.
Fostering a nurturing approach to learning and building trust with students is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with ASD, EBD & SEMH in a Secondary school setting
- Help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities
- Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop behavioural support plans
- Foster a nurturing approach to learning and build trust with students
Requirements:
- Adaptable and responsive approach
- Experience supporting students with EHCPs and challenging behaviour
