About this role
We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a fantastic Secondary school in Northampton. The successful candidate will provide valuable support to students with additional needs.
Key responsibilities
The Behaviour Mentor will work closely with the students, providing individualised support and guidance. This will include developing strategies to improve student behaviour, promoting positive relationships, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
What you need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience working with students with behavioural challenges and be able to develop effective strategies to support them.
Benefits
This is a long-term to permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary of £85 per hour. The role involves working term-time only, from 08:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
