About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Behaviour Support Assistant to work with our team at an independent special school in Northampton.

This is a temp to perm position, offering a competitive daily rate of £90-£100 per day.

You will play a vital role in supporting students aged 11-16 who require additional help due to social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

About the Role

You will work closely with our experienced staff to develop strategies to support students with SEMH needs.

  1. You will need experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a similar setting.
  2. A background in supporting pupils with SEMH or ADHD is highly desirable.
  3. You must be passionate about helping students achieve their full potential.
  4. You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, providing a safe and supportive environment for all students.
