Priory is seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Services Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of Positive Behaviour Support across designated regions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioural support, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality services that promote wellbeing and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting PBS Practitioners, coordinating their workload, and providing direct training and support to site teams. Your expertise in conducting behavioural assessments and developing effective interventions will enable you to make a significant impact on the lives of our service users.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has a demonstrated history of success in leading Positive Behaviour Support initiatives. If you have a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, such as a BSc or MSc, and experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will also be required to deliver PROACT-SCIPr-UK training across the region and hold a valid disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Professional to join Priory and contribute to the delivery of exceptional Positive Behaviour Support services. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
