Behaviour Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Education Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education - Northampton. As a SEMH specialist, you will be responsible for supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural concerns in an alternative education provision.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 8.15 - 3.30 Monday to Friday. You will be part of a dedicated team providing placements for young people who exhibit challenging behaviour. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualised support to students
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and behaviour
* Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and support
