Inclusive Education Coordinator

LTF Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Inclusive Education Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to develop inclusive education plans for students with additional learning needs.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing behaviour management strategies to promote positive change and growth in students.
  • Preparing learning materials and delivering effective classroom activities.
  • Supporting students in a learning resource setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with EHCPs and challenging behaviour. A salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this long-term to permanent role.
