Inclusive Education Support Worker

CV-Library is seeking an experienced and dedicated Inclusive Education Support Worker to join our team in the Northampton area. As an Inclusive Education Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive learning environment for students with special educational needs.
You will have the chance to work closely with students, helping them to develop new skills and confidence. Your contribution will be invaluable in helping students to achieve their full potential and celebrating their successes along the way.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with SEN learners, either in mainstream or specialist settings. A NVQ qualification is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Previous experience as a classroom assistant or similar role
- NVQ qualification or equivalent experience
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting SEN learners
Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year.
