Inclusive Learning Support Coordinator

Job Overview: We are looking for an Inclusive Learning Support Coordinator to join our team at Dunbar Education in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students across various year groups, delivering engaging lessons and providing tailored support to help each child succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons and support across various subjects, working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop resources and ensure curriculum objectives are met
- Track student progress, offering constructive feedback and adapting support to meet individual needs
- Lead interventions for students who may need additional help, helping them to build confidence and reach their goals
- Uphold the school's high standards and contribute to its positive, encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent, with experience supporting students in a primary school setting
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum, with the confidence to teach and lead small groups independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to supporting teachers and students
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping every child succeed
