We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join Academics Ltd and contribute to the educational success of students aged 3-19 with special educational needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
About the Position:
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized educational plans, catering to students' unique needs and abilities.
- Support teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans, promoting inclusive learning environments and academic growth.
- Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports to inform instructional decisions and improve educational outcomes.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Assist teachers in creating customized lesson plans that address students' diverse learning needs.
- Engage students in activities promoting emotional, social, and academic growth, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Communicate effectively with teaching staff, students, and parents, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
Salary Information:
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience, reflecting the significance of this role in supporting students with special educational needs.
