Special Needs Learning Facilitator

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at Coba Education.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in a designated special provision unit
- Collaborate with SEN teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote positive behaviour
- Communicate effectively with children, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless support

Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Knowledge of positive reinforcement techniques
