Teaching Personnel is committed to supporting the academic progress and attainment of children in Secondary schools. As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a vital role in this mission, working closely with the outstanding teaching and learning team to enhance student outcomes.

Job Description:

  • Support the academic progress and attainment of children in a Secondary school setting, adapting your approach to meet individual learner needs.
  • Deliver engaging lessons for low attaining groups, fostering a love of learning and promoting student success.
  • Collaborate with additional adults to support learning and promote student progress.
  • Promote student well-being and liaise with the Line Manager/Mentor to ensure effective communication.

  • Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
