Job Summary

beBee Professionals in Northampton is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs. This role involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to assist SEN students in classroom activities, ensuring a tailored approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Implement and monitor individualized education plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide targeted support to students with special needs, helping them achieve their full potential and develop essential life skills.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Proven experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
