Job Description: Inclusive Learning Assistant

beBee Professionals in Northampton is seeking an Inclusive Learning Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs.

This role involves working closely with students who require additional support to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with students who require additional support, providing individualized assistance in classroom activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Previous experience working with children who require additional support.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students who require special education support.
Salary and Benefits:
  • $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
