We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Inclusive Learning Educator to join our team at The Progress Group. As an SEN Teacher, you will create a safe and stimulating learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging lessons that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of special education and SEN expertise, ideally with a SENCO Advanced Certificate or Patoss AAA Course Completion. A degree in a relevant teaching subject, with QTS/QTLS or equivalent, is also mandatory. Furthermore, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

The Progress Group offers a competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
