Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Year 2 Educator to join our dynamic team at Wayman Learning Trust. This is a permanent, full-time position starting in January.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting. A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods is essential.

As a dedicated teacher, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
