Job Title: Early Years Education Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will work in our Nursery, supporting the care and education of primary school-aged children. As an Early Years Education Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.

A competitive daily rate of £120-£180 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications) is paid through PAYE.

Social events and opportunities for networking, pension contributions, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to support your growth as an educator are also available.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the care and education of primary school-aged children.
  2. Work closely with parents from the outset, including home visits and play sessions before a child starts.
  3. Provide high-quality care and education for all children.
  4. Maintain strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential.
  • Experience working with primary school-aged children, as well as those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils is vital.
