Job Title: Learning Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Coordinator to join our team at Elizabeth School of London. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating academic support services and ensuring that students receive high-quality support.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the delivery of academic support services, including tutoring and mentoring.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to ensure that students receive consistent and high-quality support.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support to students, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning.
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines, working effectively under pressure.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practice in student support.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a UK recognised university.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a teaching or academic support role.
  • Good understanding of current practice and developments in own discipline.
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently as required.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a strong customer service ethos.
