Teaching and Learning Position

We are looking for a qualified Teaching and Learning Coordinator to join our team of experienced instructors at My Four Wheels, one of the UK's most trusted driving schools. Our goal is to provide exceptional service, exceed industry standards, and create a supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be passionate about teaching learner drivers across various locations in the UK. This role requires utilizing our proven instructional methods and interacting with students to respond to their queries and concerns.

With 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds more in training, we offer an unparalleled opportunity for growth and development. Our dedication to excellence has led to a record number of learner drivers seeking our services due to test centre backlogs from COVID-19.

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2 years.
  • Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
Salary Details

The estimated salary for this position is £25-£35 per hour, based on experience and location. With competitive hourly rates and opportunities for growth, this is an attractive opportunity for a dedicated individual.

Key Responsibilities
