Construction Lecturer Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Lecturer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and training students on brickwork or multi-skills courses, and contributing to curriculum development and industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students on brickwork or multi-skills courses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and respond to industry needs.
  • Manage and tutor courses, ensuring learners meet their targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent qualifications.
  • Level 3 qualification in a Construction trade (brickwork or multi-skills).
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Teaching experience in FE is ideal but not essential.
  • GCSE grade C or equivalent in English & Maths.
