Learning Support Specialist

The Elizabeth School of London is seeking an exceptional Academic Planning Coordinator to join our academic team. As an Academic Planning Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of academic activities, including lecturer allocation, class scheduling, and student support.
About the PositionThis is a full-time position with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
Main Responsibilities- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of academic programs to ensure they meet industry standards and student needs.
- Assist in the development of new courses and academic initiatives.
- Analyse student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting actionable improvements.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area and 2 years' experience in academic administration or coordination within a Higher Education setting. You must also possess strong organizational and project management skills, proficiency in using educational technologies and administrative software, and a Master's degree in Business, Education, Administration, or a related field (preferred).
