About the Job

This role involves working closely with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists to provide individualised support to students with diverse needs. You will be responsible for implementing evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour and enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Support Student Learning: Assist students with autism and behavioural challenges in their academic and social development.
  • Maintain Progress Records: Document student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing targeted interventions.
Benefits and Salary

As a Behaviour Mentor for Children with Autism, you will receive a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to training and development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
