Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting children and young people to overcome mental health challenges.

You will work closely with mental health professionals to deliver evidence-informed interventions and support children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will conduct holistic and child-centered mental health assessments, including risk assessments.
  • You will employ evidence-based skills to support children, young people, and their families.
  • You will facilitate parenting programmes.
  • You will offer a Whole School Approach in education settings.
  • You will manage consultation with education settings and carry out audits.
  • You will participate in a Multidisciplinary Team screening referrals.
Requirements:
  • You should hold a CWP or EMHP, PWP Post Graduate Diploma qualification following completion of a CYP IAPT approved training in Evidence-Based Psychological Treatment for Children and Young People.
  • You should demonstrate ongoing Professional Development and commitment to learning.
  • You should have experience working with children, young people, their families, and various agencies.
What We Offer:
