About the Role

At Groundwork London, we are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our Mental Health Support Team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve providing essential project and administrative support to our team, enabling them to deliver exceptional mental health support to young people in Southwark.

Main Objectives

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in administration, finance acumen, and operational support. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for ongoing and new mental health projects, managing budgets and petty cash, and tracking and monitoring project expenses. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with schools and parents, and assisting in diary management for the team.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who is able to follow policies and procedures in relation to data protection and security. They will also need to have good IT skills and the ability to utilise MS Corporate IT applications. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
