Campus Facilities Coordinator

About the Role

The London School of Commerce is seeking a skilled and experienced Campus Facilities Coordinator to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and maintenance of the campus premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all buildings are kept clean and tidy, supervising cleaning staff as needed.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Receive and distribute deliveries to various departments within the school.
  • Assist with rearranging rooms for meetings, functions, and classes.
  • Implement and review the school's Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Carry out risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform driving duties in the South London area as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electrics, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work occasional weekends.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to work varied hours.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location

South London area.
