Campus Facilities Coordinator
About the RoleThe London School of Commerce is seeking a skilled and experienced Campus Facilities Coordinator to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and maintenance of the campus premises.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all buildings are kept clean and tidy, supervising cleaning staff as needed.
- Liaise with third-party contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Receive and distribute deliveries to various departments within the school.
- Assist with rearranging rooms for meetings, functions, and classes.
- Implement and review the school's Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform driving duties in the South London area as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrics, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to work varied hours.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
LocationSouth London area.
