About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Term Maintenance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related field
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
