**Marketing and Bids Coordinator £30,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits**

This is a wonderful opportunity to join an International Consultancy as their Marketing and Bids coordinator, based near London Bridge. This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Proposals you will be providing support in the delivery of marketing and business development activities.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the development of bid responses, including bid structure and content, ensuring they are submitted as per tender processes and deadlines
Maintaining a high-level of market intelligence, legislative requirements and best practice in order to create winning bids
Proofreading material and providing technical and commercial writing skills as needed
Building internal and external relationships with stakeholders to create quality bids
Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the bids process
Ensuring staff CVs are kept up to date, from creating to updating CVs
Assisting in the production, delivery and management of PQQs and presentations
Maintaining sector profiles, project datasheets and a bid library of company standard and tender responses
Maintaining tender portals including updating corporate details and checking for upcoming opportunities
Organising corporate events for eg lunchtime talks, presentations, World Day, and parties
Creating communications, internal communications, as well social media and updating the website
Managing advertising and PR, including Awards, conferences
Attending and taking notes at Business Development meetings
Maintaining the photo library including consents and legal requirements related to staff and project photos
Assisting in the management of the brand and identity, including printing of business cards, leaflets, banners, branded merchandise
Managing corporate subscriptions and memberships
Supporting the development of client relationships, and collating client feedback
