**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN)*
• Proven experience in providing care in a care home setting*

• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional care*
• Compassion, resilience, and determination to make a positive impact on resident lives
