We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead at a reputable care home in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

 

**Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead by example and set the highest standards for care delivery*
• Monitor and audit care standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements*

**Requirements:**

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN)*
