Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional residential care service based in Kent area.

This is a residential care service which supports the needs of individuals with a diagnosis of autism, communication difficulties and behaviours that can challenge.

To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.

As the Deputy Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice, whilst ensuring compliance with external regulatory standards are met at all times.
  • Deputising in the absence of the manager.
  • Providing specific management, support, advice and motivation to the staff team to ensure that the people who use are services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals.
  • Helping to achieve the aim of delivering a fantastic person-centred support service.

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £13.80 per hour and the annual salary is £31,574.40 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role for 44 hours a week working through days.
