About the RoleClinical Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead are required to deliver quality care in a 60-bed nursing, residential, and dementia care home. As part of our team, you will support the delivery of high-quality care standards and motivate your multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.
You will lead by example, monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance checks. You will set the highest standards and develop strategies to achieve goals.
