Key Responsibilities:
As a Home Companion, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to our clients in their own homes. This may involve assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, as well as engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements. Our home companions work independently, but are supported by our team through regular check-ins and coaching sessions.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.25-£17.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Our rates include paid travel time and expenses, as well as double time for bank holidays and holiday pay on top. We also offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
