The ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate attitude, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations. They will be responsible for providing a range of care services, including companionship, personal care, medication management, mealtimes support, and housekeeping.
**Salary and Benefits:** Our competitive salary is £12 per hour plus paid mileage. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, and access to our in-house app.
**Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Support with personal care, including all aspects of personal hygiene
- Manage medication, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders
- Assist with mealtimes, including preparing tasty meals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes
**Requirements:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times; and a responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to work.
