Care and Companion Service Provider

We require a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our care team in Maidstone.
This is a part-time opportunity, with various shift patterns available, including Sundays. The ideal candidate will be able to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and enable the individual to have the best days possible.
The successful applicant will need to be within 40 minutes travel time from ME16 and preferably have a manual driving license. A three-month training and induction programme will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to the individual
- Assisting with daily living tasks and domestic duties
- Enabling the individual to participate in hobbies and activities
Requirements:
- Skilled and experienced approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position is £13.59 per hour, rising to £14.30 after six months. You will also receive a comprehensive training and induction programme, along with opportunities for career development.
