Care Home Clinical Lead

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will provide hands-on nursing leadership and ensure high standards of person-centered care.

This role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and current CPD evidence. You will have experience working in a nursing home, with strong care planning and documentation skills. Proven leadership abilities and experience in a large elderly care setting are also essential.

The successful candidate will be confident in managing and leading shifts, and have a passion for delivering high-quality care. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
