Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and confident Clinical Team Lead (RMN or RNLD) who can inspire and support our team members in delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and experience in leading teams.

About Cygnet Hospital Maidstone

Cygnet Hospital Maidstone is a state-of-the-art 63-bed mental health facility located in the Kent Medical Campus in Maidstone. Our hospital provides an important service for local patients from Kent, offering a range of treatment options and therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake regular care audits to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
  2. Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to support the development of our services and team members.
  3. Maintain excellence through clinical practice development, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing education and training.
  4. Develop and implement a planned programme of support across your area of focus as determined by our annual plan for Quality and Compliance.
  5. Attend all mandatory training and engage in CPD to enhance your knowledge and promote best practice.
