About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position working 44 hours a week through days. As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for deputising in the absence of the manager and providing management, support, and motivation to the staff team.
Responsibilities:- Ensure high standards of professional practice are maintained.
- Deputise in the absence of the manager.
- Support and motivate the staff team to deliver person-centred care.
- Help achieve the aim of delivering a fantastic support service.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Strong Management and Leadership skills.
