We are looking for a highly skilled Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of professional practice and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:- Promote an enabling environment and ensure high standards of professional practice.
- Deputise in the absence of the manager.

- Help achieve the aim of delivering a fantastic support service.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Strong Management and Leadership skills.
