We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to lead our residential care service in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deputising in the manager's absence, providing management, support, and guidance to staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Job Description

You will be working with individuals who have autism, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviors. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with external regulatory standards
  • Providing management, support, and guidance to staff
  • Deputising in the manager's absence

The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, be caring and compassionate, and have excellent organisation skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
