Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join their team in the Maidstone area. This role will involve providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalized care plans, and training staff on clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams through effective communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Build relationships with clients' families and work with community teams to establish bespoke care packages

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK, an active NMC PIN, and up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators. They will also possess advanced communication skills and be suitable for Band 5/6 nurses with evidence of leadership and management experience.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 2 days' remote working, 33 days' holiday, and a private pension scheme.
