We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Unit Manager - Senior Role to join our team at one of Australia's leading aged care providers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing leadership and oversight of the care team within a specific unit.

About the Position

Key Accountabilities
  1. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality and person-centered care to residents, addressing their specific medical, physical, and emotional needs.
  2. Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers and support staff.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health requirements and preferences.
